JIC Leasing Supports a Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station Project
JIC Leasing recently provided operational leasing services to a new energy company in Wuxi, supporting construction of five distributed photovoltaic power stations on the rooftops of the world’s largest logistics and warehousing enterprise.
The partner specializes in the development and promotion of new energy technologies, with end-to-end services covering project design, development, construction, and operation & maintenance. The rooftop resources used for this project belong to one of the world’s largest providers and operators of logistics infrastructure and services. This provider has invested in, developed, and managed over 450 industrial logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and R&D facilities across 70 regional markets in China, with a total warehouse floor area of 50 million m2.
The project is located in a national Class 3 photovoltaic station resource zone, with moderate local sunlight conditions and relatively favorable energy consumption. Covering approximately 270,000 m2of rooftop area, the project has a total installed capacity of 36.05 MW and can generate about 38.5 million kWh of renewable electricity annually. It has already been connected to the grid and achieved full feed-in, contributing to the company’s sustainable development while creating economic growth.
